Belvedere College Building Sub-Committee sought a design team in February 2018 to provide consultancy services for two separate on-campus projects. Project 1 was the Refurbishment of No. 3 Great Denmark Street to create a new music school. Project 2A and 2B related to a new multi-room Classroom Block on Temple Street and the Refurbishment and Extension of the Art Department in the Finlay Building.

The punched opefenestration pattern is both sculptural and ordered. The roof is stepped back and obscured from view in many instances leaving the remaining brick elevation as a single sculptural entity. The elevations aim to be understated and minimal in their expression while providing a strong city block corner. Careful consideration was given to the rhythm of windows on both city elevations where the minimum number of openings were chosen to add to the restrained design, each classroom has three windows with one window to the corridor.
