Moloney O’Beirne Architects is an architectural practice based in Dublin. The culture and ethos of the practice is that every member is highly valued in the creation of meaningful work.

We are a studio based practice with frequent pin up reviews contributing to the collaborative design of each project. We take pride in designing and delivering well-crafted buildings with a strong relationship with their context and with particular consideration to issues of sustainability, heritage, landscape and material.

Our objective is to enhance the built environment with engaging spaces, both internally and externally. We are curious about the qualities of humane, tactile architecture underpinned by a detailed understanding of our client’s functional and technical requirements.

The practice has won numerous Irish and international design awards including the 2013 and 2017 RIAI Awards for Best Healthcare Building. We have expertise working on a diverse range of building types including healthcare, education, hospitality, offices, and residential schemes.

We offer a range of skills from master-planning, urban design, detail design, internal design, project management, contract administration, PSDP and BCAR services.

Our collaborative approach to sustainability ensures that energy solutions and sustainable approaches to materials are woven into the project from the beginning. We are accredited in conservation at Grade 3. The integration of Art into Architecture is also an important part of every project, including the selection and the curation process.
