Trinity College purchased the former Bord Gais headquarters in D’Olier Street in 2001 and tabled a brief to MOB to located teaching facilities, staff and student accommodation in the protected structure. The building has been refurbished in a combination of Art Deco and Tudor revival styles in the 1930’s and sensitive contemporary insertions have updated the building to provide the facilities requested by our client and compliance with current standards.
