A purpose built facility to cater for the HSE Adult and Child disability and mental health services. Services users include the HSW, Irish Wheelchair Association, National Council for the Blind in Ireland and MS Ireland. The building reflects the geometry of the site with forms of the building aligning with road approaches roads forming a focal point where two axis meet. To the south a landscaped civic and community space completes the geometries.
