Foster Place

The complex is formed of 6 interconnected Georgian and Victorian buildings in Dublin’s city centre.

The project involves complete refurbishment and conservation of the complex to accommodate a third level faculty on the upper floors.

A contemporary glazed link form was designed to sensitively connect the buildings from behind, over several floors, allowing the complex to be upgraded to modern standards of universal access and fire safety.

Basement and ground floor levels are designed for restaurant and retail uses, including the iconic Victorian banking hall.
