This project encompases the provision of six individual apartments within a single building for people with a profound intellectual disability presenting challenging behaviour. Each apartment has an enclosed private garden connected to the living and bedroom spaces allowing secure access to each individual unit. The building design and specification reflects the extremely high support needs of its users, and has many specialist fittings and fixtures, including high secure glazing, anti-vandal fittings and high secure access control.
