Sutherland School of Law, UCD
The Sutherland School of Law was the first project in the Ingenhoven Masterplan to be constructed within the University College of Dublin’s Campus. The brief included 3 large lecture theatres, seminar rooms, a moot court and academic offices arranged around a central, three storey atrium space.
The Sutherland School of Law project which incorporates complex services diversions and a realignment of the University road network, commenced on site in 2010. It was completed in 2 phases. This project was constructed on a live campus site and requires intensive management of people around the works to ensure safety.
